 I worked extensively with Mr. Torres to design a new addition for my childhood home. He instantly recognized how important this project was for me and my family. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we got everything we wanted out of this project. Mr. Torres was the ultimate professional and we could tell that he cared about us and he cared about doing a great job. The crews that he brought in were all very professional and personable which made this huge undertaking a less stressful process. My family and I are very satisfied with the work that was done and we are thrilled to be in our new and improved family home. Most importantly, we were able to keep the character of the home as it was built by my grandmother. This is a special place for us all and now we have room to grow in it.  I will start with.. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that came through to our kitchen ceiling on the main floor. WE GOT SO LUCKY when my wonderful friend and Realtor/Broker Lisa Fuqua recommended TORRES HOMES LLC to us! I don’t have the words to say how much we appreciate him! He is great at communicating who was going to be at the house daily. He is honest and very trustworthy as were all his subcontractors. Sam was there almost every day check on the progress and critique the work. All the subs were respectful to our property and mindful of cleaning up any mess at the end of the day. Sam even helped us with picking out tile, and giving us ideas for the bathroom remodel which we love!!! The kitchen looks great too! We are planning on using Torres Homes LLC to build an addition on our house and to remodel the master bathroom. Not only do we think of Sam as the best contractor ever, we consider him a friend!

 My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Torres Homes. Sam was amazing and went out of his way to assist my wife and I through the renovation process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy for years to come. There were many occasions where Sam put in extra time to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with the service we were receiving, but this was already evident due to the hard work and care that was being put into our home. Kitchen and Open Concept Remodel

     

 Sam was our contractor for a 5 month period of time during the pandemic for home repairs which included replacement of windows, doors, and painting. During this time he was an excellent communicator and project manager. If the projects were delayed, he was a strong advocate securing materials and workers. Sam was available each day, and if there was a question regarding the work he would guide his teams toward successful completion of the projects. He was always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of each project. He is trustworthy regarding the warranty of the work and was prepared to have each project successfully completed. We found Sam to be very respectful of COVID restrictions and guided his work teams toward adhering to the safety procedures. We would highly recommend Sam as a contractor.

 We needed 2 specialized landings built down a steep hill. We had Difficult terrain & the landings had to be totally customized to our site. He was exceptional in staying in contact w/ me & the other company, which helped reduce my fears & worries. The final structures are very solid & look great! I gladly recommend him & his company

 Hi, We engaged Torres Homes on a kitchen remodel. We worked with Sam on the plan and throughout the remodel until the end. This involved some structural work (a beam), framing, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, finishing, flooring, and painting. Sam is really awesome to work with. He is honest and well organized. He gave us an accurate bid and diligently worked to track the estimate through work done. Any changes were agreed to first. We couldn’t be happier with his team. They worked super hard. The final outcome speaks for itself. I will post pictures. I think the best thing about this project and Torres Homes is that I was really nervous - as I haven’t had the best luck with contractors in the past. Sam’s mantra was “If it isn’t right we will make it right.” He was there every few days to make sure the project was progressing and that we were happy and any issues were attended to.  The outside of our entire home was painted by Sam’s crew this summer. We could not have been more pleased. He communicated daily with us and came by almost every day. His crew was conscientious and courteous. Even though it was very hot when they were here, they were diligent in working. They brought the paint and all the supplies needed. Sam even came back a week later to follow up on a spot he noticed( that we did not.) He had another supervisor on sight who made sure the job was done perfectly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam and his crew again for any job, big or small for our home.

After detailed and pragmatic selection process, I awarded renovation contract to Torres Homes. The project consisted of demolition and repair of the floor system, some walls and few structural elements of the house, foundation repair, full interior remodeling (structural changes, electrical, living space addition, new kitchen, new custom stairs, updated bathrooms, LVT and carpet flooring, wall decorations as well as insight and outside paining).  To Who it may concern, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Sam Torres, Sam was our General Contractor on the remodel of our lake house in Flowery branch. We started this project while we lived in Virginia. Sam was entrusted with the entire remodel process from demolition of the existing structure down to the studs, floor plan expansion and the build out back to completion. He performed exceptionally well and kept us informed daily on issues and progress, often incorporating changes not previously identified.
